Due to a malfunction in the hot spring water pump, our “Day-Use Bathing” service had been suspended since April 27. However, repairs have now been completed, and we are able to ensure a sufficient supply of hot spring water. Therefore, we will resume operations today, Wednesday, May 13.

We would like to once again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this suspension caused to many of our guests.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all our guests for their kind words of encouragement.

Niseko is currently in the season when the fresh greenery is at its most beautiful.
We have prepared our signature open-air bath filled with abundant hot spring water and look forward to welcoming you.

■ Day-Use Bathing Fees: Adults 1,500 yen / Children 750 yen (includes bathrobe)
