We had planned to begin our green season operations today, April 27, but due to a malfunction in the hot spring water pump,
we are currently unable to provide an adequate supply of hot spring water.

As a result, we regret to inform you that we will be suspending our “day-use bathing” services for the time being.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disruption this causes to guests who were looking forward to our opening.

Please be assured that we are doing our utmost to ensure this situation does not affect guests currently considering a stay or those who have already made reservations.

We are working diligently to restore service as soon as possible and kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
