Front

The front desk can assist you with check-in and check-out procedures and payments of shop purchases. They can also provide consultation regarding any problems you may have during your stay and recommend sightseeing tours in the area. If you are visiting for a one-day bathing experience, please purchase a bathing ticket from the ticket vending machine in the lobby and then stop by the front desk.

Lounge

There is a lounge area in a corner of the lobby that is open 24 hours a day to anyone who uses the hotel. Please use this area as a place to meet visitors or to communicate with other hotel guests.

Banquet Hall

The banquet hall can be used for school trips, welcome and farewell parties, general meetings, memorial services, etc., for groups of 10 or more people. There is a banquet hall for up to 260 people (chair seating) and a banquet hall for up to 80 people (tatami mat seats), both of which can be divided into separate rooms for smaller groups.

Kanro water server

Kanro water sourced from the natural spring across the street from our hotel is available. You can freely drink it in the lobby in front of the front desk on the 1st floor. Refresh yourself from the fatigue of traveling with Niseko’s Kanro water. The tap water in your room is also Kanro water, so you can drink it in your room with peace of mind as well.

Kanro water

Kanro water is delicious water sourced in Niseko. It can be drawn naturally from the water pumping station across from our hotel. It is said that Kanro water contains about five times more silica, an essential mineral found in body cells, than the national average for spring water. This natural water is great for your body.

Vending machine

In the rest area near the entrance to the hot spring baths, there are vending machines offering a variety of soft drinks, tea, coffee, nostalgic bottled Coca-Cola, and beer. Some vending machines accept E-money and transportation IC cards.

Valuables locker

Lockers for valuables are available for your convenience when using the hot spring baths. They are located between the front desk and the hot spring baths. Please have a 100 yen coin ready when leaving your valuables in the locker (the 100 yen coin will be returned when you remove your valuables).
